NeoMeMo 2026 — Registration Information

You are kindly requested to read the following information and instructions carefully before proceeding with your registration.

Registration

Interested participants can register by completing the online registration form.
Participation is confirmed only once the registration fee has been paid and the relevant proof of payment has been received by the Conference Secretariat.

Corporate Registrations

Companies interested in participating in the Conference through individual and/or group registrations are kindly requested to contact the Conference Secretariat directly by sending a written request by e-mail to organization@mk-premium.com.
Participation is confirmed only once the relevant registration fee has been paid and the proof of payment has been received by the Conference Secretariat.

*The registration fees are not subject to VAT, as this is an intra-Community transaction.

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Access to the exhibition area
• Refreshments and catering services
• Continuing-education credits, awarded in accordance with the applicable accreditation standards
• Certificate of attendance

Immediately after submitting your registration online, you will receive an automated message at the e-mail address you provided, confirming that your registration form has been successfully submitted.

If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, your registration may not have been submitted successfully. In this case, please resubmit the registration form or contact the Conference Secretariat to resolve the issue:

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

• For cancellations received up to and including 9 November 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• For cancellations received from 10 November 2026 onwards, no refund will be provided.
• Name substitutions will be accepted free of charge up to and including 10 November 2026.
• No name substitutions or other registration changes will be accepted after 10 November 2026.

Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation being confirmed.
