REGISTRATIONS

Interested participants must register by completing the online Registration Form. Participation is confirmed ONLY upon payment of the registration fee and submission of the proof of payment to the Congress Secretariat.

REGISTRATIONS BY COMPANIES

Companies wishing to register participants for the Congress (individual and/or group registrations) are kindly requested to contact the Congress Secretariat by submitting their request in writing (via e-mail to: info@mk-premium.com) in order to receive confirmation and instructions for completing the registration process.

The fees are not subject to VAT due to the intra-Community transaction.

The registration fee includes:

• Attendance at the scientific programme
• Access to the exhibition area
• CME accreditation
• Certificate of Attendance

Immediately after submitting your registration online, you will receive an automatic message at the e-mail address you provided, confirming that your registration has been successfully submitted.

If you DO NOT receive the confirmation e-mail, your registration has not been successfully submitted and you should either submit the registration form again or contact the Congress Secretariat (Tel.: +30 2310 226250 & +30 2310 219407, e-mail: info@mk-premium.com) in order to resolve the issue.

Your registration will not be considered complete until you have submitted the relevant proof of payment.

Cancellation Policy

For written registration cancellations submitted to the Congress Secretariat:

• For registrations cancelled up to 10/09/2026, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• For registrations cancelled after 10/09/2026, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Name substitutions will be accepted free of charge until 10/09/2026.
• No substitutions or changes will be possible after 10/09/2026.

*Cancellation requests by telephone will not be accepted.
**In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the Symposium.
